Steven McLellan is a litigation partner at McLellan Law Group, representing businesses and individuals in employment and civil disputes throughout Silicon Valley and the Bay Area. He has taken cases through trial, including a two-week jury trial on breach of fiduciary duty and a four-day court trial on financial elder abuse, both resulting in verdicts for his clients.
Steven earned his Juris Doctor from UC Berkeley Law School, an MBA from San Jose State University, and graduated magna cum laude from UC Irvine. He is admitted to practice in California, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of California, and is a member of the Santa Clara County Bar Association and the American Bar Association.
