Gabrielle Garcia

Gabrielle Garcia is a dedicated post-bar law clerk at McLellan Law Group. She earned her Juris Doctor from Santa Clara University School of Law, where she was a Full Tuition Dean's Fellowship recipient and an active participant in the Broncos Entrepreneurs Advisory Clinic ("BEACH"). During her time at Santa Clara, Gabrielle gained valuable research experience as a Research Assistant for Dean Michael Kaufman, assisting with peer-review projects and drafting textbook revisions.

Prior to joining McLellan Law Group, Gabrielle served as a Law Clerk Intern at East Bay Children's Law Offices, where she attended bench trials, filed court documents, and advocated for the safety and rights of juveniles. She also honed her policy skills as an intern in the Office of the Mayor for the City of Spokane, researching legislation, drafting ceremonial documents, and organizing large-scale volunteer initiatives.

Gabrielle earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Gonzaga University, with minors in Public Relations and English, where she served as President of the Public Relations Student Society of America's Gonzaga Chapter and contributed as a staff writer for the Gonzaga Bulletin.

Outside of her academic and professional pursuits, Gabrielle's love of exploration led her to complete the 500-mile El Camino de Santiago pilgrimage in just 33 days. She also enjoys reading at least one book of personal interest each month. Gabrielle's drive, curiosity, and commitment to public service make her a valued member of the McLellan Law Group team.
